Our Return & Exchange Policy

We gladly accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In original condition with all tags attached
  • In the original packaging

Final Sale & Non-Returnable Items

To maintain the highest standards of hygiene and quality for all our customers, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Bottles: All drinkware for health and safety reasons
  • Nutrition: All nutritional products
  • Hair Accessories & Gloves: Due to their intimate nature

Additionally, any item marked as “Final Sale” at the time of purchase is not eligible for return.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to start your return or exchange:

  1. 1 Contact Our Team: Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the template below to ensure we have all necessary information.
  2. 2 Receive Instructions: Our Customer Empowerment team will reply within 1-2 business days with your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and prepaid return shipping instructions (for eligible returns).
  3. 3 Ship Your Return: Securely package the item(s) in their original packaging, include the RMA number inside the package, and ship it using the provided label.
  4. 4 Track & Confirm: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email about the approval or status of your refund or exchange.

Refunds & Credits

Timing & Method

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange. Please allow:

  • 1-2 business days for return processing after we receive the package
  • 5-10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your original payment method (credit/debit card, PayPal, etc.)

The timing depends on your financial institution’s processing times.

Important Refund Details:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment
  • If you paid via PayPal, the refund will be sent back to your PayPal account
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped)

Exchanges

For size or color exchanges, we will ship the new item as soon as your return is processed. If the requested item is out of stock, we will issue a refund or store credit, based on your preference.

International Returns

As a global brand serving customers worldwide (excluding Asia and select remote regions), we accept international returns. Please note:

  • Return shipping costs for international orders are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our mistake
  • Refunds will be issued in USD
